Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 apples, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (stir these in right before serving)

Step 1
Add all ingredients listed into slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours. In the am stir several times and let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
