Ingredients

  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup butter

Step 1

Mix together egg, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, coconut, milk and butter. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Once cool, crumble the mixture up and add the cool whip and bananas.
