Ingredients
- Serves 4
- 1 c. dry (2 c. cooked) orzo
- 1 tomato – with seeds pulled out and diced
- 1 green onion
- 1 Tbs. chopped dill
- 1 Tbs. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbs. chopped olives
- 2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbs. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Toss together first 6 ingredients. Sprinkle cheese. Lightly toss. Serve at room temperature.
