Creamy Ranch Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 pounds small red potatoes
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
• 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

Quarter potatoes and place in crockpot. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Stir occasionally. My family loves them. Serves 4-6

I usually cook on high for 4 hours since I do them for Sunday dinner. This is also a great dish to use a crockpot liner with cause it's a great help with cleanup and keeping the potatoes from cooking to the sides of the crockpot.
