Orange Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• 24 oz bittersweet choc, chopped
• 1 c heavy cream
• 1/4 c butter
• 1/4 c thawed OJ concentrate
• 2 tsp grated orange pee;

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all but peel and heat until smooth.
Stir in orange peel
Serve warm over ice cream
