Beef and Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 lbs stew meat
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 1/2 dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces homestyle egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Dredge meat in flour and brown in oil.
In the same pan add onion and garlic and saute. Add meat back to pan.
Stir in broth, wine marjoram and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, covered. for 1 1/2 -2 hours or until meat is tender.
In the meantime cook noodles according to directions and add to beef mixture.
