Ingredients
- 1 C white sugar
- 1 C butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1 C mashed bananas
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 C all purpose flour
- 1 C quick cooking oats
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
- 1/2 C flaked coconut
- 2 C semisweet chocolate chips

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
2. Mix flour oats, baking soda and salt. Set aside
3. Cream butter, sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition. Mix in buttermilk, bananas and vanilla.
4. Add the flour mixure and mix well. Finally, fold in nuts, coconut and 1 c of chocolate chips.
5. Pour batter into 9 x 13 pan. sprinkle with remaining 1 c of chocolate chips. Bake for 30-35 min. or until toothe pick comes out clean.
