Oven Fried Chicken Thighs with Buttermilk Mustard

This is Scott's favorite meal. The boneless chicken thighs end up very moist. And the sauce makes the meal!

Ingredients
- 1/4 c Lowfat Buttermilk
- 4 tsp Dijon Mstrd
- 1 tb Honey
- S&P
- 1/8 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1/4 c Breadcrumbs (Panko)
- 1 1/2 tb Grated Parm Cheese
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Preparation
Step 1
425*
Combine buttermilk thru rosemary
Reserve 3+tb of mix in shallow bowl
Combine breadcrumbs & parm cheese
Dip chix in buttermilk mix reserve
Dredge in crumb mix
Chill 15 min.
Heat lightly coated cooking sheet in oven 5 min.
Cook chix 24 min. -turn once
Microwave rest of buttermilk mix 20 sec.
Drizzle over chix.
