Taffy Apple Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 8 oz crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 T. flour
- 2 T. apple cider vinegar
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 4 granny apples (leave on peal) - chopped
- 1 C. cocktail peanuts (regular or chopped)

Preparation
Step 1
Stir above together and cook over medium-low heat until thick. Cool for at least 1 hour.
Stir in 8 oz cool whip into cooled mixture (I use a little extra cool whip)
Stir in apples and peanuts and you're ready to serve:
Can top with few peanuts right before serving.
Can make day before, but stir it up before serving
