Baked Spinach Balls

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
- 2 c. herb-flavored stuffing mix
- 2 onions, minced
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. dried thyme
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Shape into one-inch balls; arrange on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; serve warm. Makes 10 dozen.
