Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cut up (or use 4 –6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 1/2 cups rice (uncooked reg. Long grain rice)
  • seasonings (salt and pepper to taste)
  • bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Line casserole dish with bacon. Place chicken. Pour mixture of rice, soup, water, etc. over. Bake covered for 2 hours at 375.
