Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 lb Halibut (cut into 1" cubes)
  • flour
  • eggs
  • Shake & Bake Italian Bread Crumbs
  • Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • cabbage - shredded
  • lime wedges
  • vegetable oil for pan frying
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salsa
  • 4 shakes each: salt & pepper
  • Red pepper to taste
  • Chili powder to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cut halibut into 1" cubes. Coat in flour, egg, then bread crumbs. Let coated fish sit for 20 minutes. Cook fish in vegetable oil until done.

Sauce:
Mix mayo, sour cream, salsa, salt, pepper. Add red pepper and chili powder to taste.

Place 2 to 3 pieces of fish in tortilla. Squeeze with a little lime. Top with cabbage and sauce.

Pairs well with Corn & Black Bean Salad.
