Ingredients

  • 1 Cup oats (I use old fashioned but quick will work)
  • 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 Cup brown sugar (I use dark but light is fine)
  • 1/2 Cup butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

1.Mix the oats, flour, cinnamon and brown sugar together. Cut in butter.
2.Pack 1/2 in bottom of greased pie plate or 8x8 dish.
3.Spread sauce over crust. Top with remaining crumbs.
4.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until lightly browned. Excellent served with whipped cream or ice cream.
