Ingredients

  • 1 c butter
  • 2 &1/2 c grham crumbs\1 c sugar
  • 2/3 c evapourated milk
  • 1 pkfg (250g) marshmallows
  • 1 &1/2 pkg chocolate chips
  • 1 c coconuts, toasted(350 for 2/4 min)
  • 1 c chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

13 x 9 parchment lined pan sprayed with oil.
Mix 3/4 c butter and crumbs for base and press into pan.
Bring to boil, butter, milk and marshmallow. Cook for 5 minutes. Add chocolate, cook till melted. Pour over crust. Top with nuts and coconuts. Refridgerate for 2 hours
