Ingredients
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1/4 c soya
- 1 T Oyster sauce
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 1 lb pork cut into cubes
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 T oil
- 1 onion
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 3 c cooked rice
- 4 scallions
- 1 c frozen peas, thawed
- 1 T sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together, broth, soya, oyster, ginger, pepper flakes. Set aside.
heat and coat with cooking spray pan. add eggs, cook 2 minutes till set. remove and cut into 1/2" strips.
Heat wok with oil and add onions, peppers for 5 minutes. Stir in broth mix and rice. cook 2 minutes. Add pork and eggs, scallions, peas and sesame oil. Stir gently till heated 2 minutes
