WASH TURKEY PAT DRY AND APPLY MAGIC RUB, PLACE IN CONTAINER, COVER AND PLACE IN FRIDGE OVER NIGHT, SMOKE AT 225 WITH APPLE WOOD FOR 4 HOURS, PLACE PAN UNDER TURKEY AFTER THE SMOKE AND CONTINUE COOKING TILL AN I.T OF 180 F
