Ingredients
- 1 pkg (30 oz) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Place in ungreased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
