Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs diced potatoes
- 1 1/2 lbs shredded potatoes
- 4 ounces diced white onions
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces shredded Jarlsberg cheese
- 13 ounces Béchamel sauce
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Salt & pepper
- 5 ounces milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Separate and set aside 4 ounces (1/2) of the cheddar cheese.
2. In mixing bowl combine all remaining ingredients and mix well by hand. Place in greased casserole. 3
3. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
4. Cover with waxed paper and then aluminum foil.
5. Bake in 350-degree oven for approximately 40 minutes, removing foil and paper for last ten minutes to brown top if desired.
