Ingredients
- 3 gallons chopped cooked turkey
- 2 doz eggs – hard cooked and chopped
- 8 cups celery
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 2 t fresh tarragon
- 2 jars Wickles Relish
- 6 apples, chopped
- Chopped pecans
- 12 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 t curry powder – or to taste
- 8 cups mayo

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and allow to rest overnight for 2 hours or overnight.
