- 4 cups sliced pared apples
- Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter, softened

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Place apples in bottoms of a greased 8" square pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then cheese. In a small bowl combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 deg for 50 to 60 min or until golden brown.
