Ingredients
- 1 t SALT FREE GARLIC SEASONING BLEND
- 1/2 t DRIED BASIL
- 1/2 t DRIED OREGANO
- 1/2 t MINCED FRESH PARSLEY
- 1/4 t SALT
- 1/4 t DRIED ROSEMARY, CRUSHED
- 2 BONE IN PORK LOIN CHOPS
- 1 t OLIVE OIL
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
- 1 t LEMON JUICE

Preparation
Step 1
IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE THE FIRST SIX INGREDIENTS. RUB OVER BOTH SIDES OF THE CHOPS. IN A LARGE SKILLET, HEAT OIL AND GARLIC OVER MED-HIGH HEAT. ADD CHOPS. COOK FOR 4-5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL JUICES RUN CLEAR.
REMOVE FROM THE HEAT; DRIZZLE WITH THE LEMON JUICE. COVER AND LET STAND FOR 2 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING
