Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced peaches, fresh or canned
- 1/2 cup peach juice or water
- 1/3 cup buttermilk baking mix, such as Bisquick
- 2/3 cup dry quick oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
1.Lightly spray the bottom of slow cooker with cooking spray. Place sliced peaches in bottom of slow cooker.
2.Mix together baking mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour mixture over peaches. Pour peach juice or water in the slow cooker and lightly stir everything together.
3.Cook on LOW for at least 5 hours. (I like to crack the lid for the last 15-30 minutes of cooking to get the top crisper.)
4.Serve with frozen yogurt or ice cream and enjoy!
