Reese's Peanut Butter Fudge

Homemade peanut butter fudge with chopped peanuts is easy to make, and so delicious! Make sure the fudge is cooled completely before cutting into pieces.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 36 ounces peanut butter chips, can use a mixture of chocolate chips
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 3 cups chopped peanuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
Combine evaporated milk, butter and sugar in a medium size sauce pan. Bring to a rolling boil and stir for about 5 minutes. Take off of heat and stir in the peanut butter chips until they are melted. Use a mixture of chocolate and peanut butter chips to make it a peanut butter chocolate fudge.
Add the marshmallow cream, vanilla, chopped nuts and salt. Stir to combine. Pour into a prepared 9 x 13 pan. Cool completely before cutting.
