Apple Kuchen-Luann Basal

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 pkg yeast
• 1/4 c warm water
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 whole egg
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1 c milk
• 1/2 c butter
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 c sugar
• 2 TBS flour
• 2 TBS melted butter

Cooking time 85mins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together (minus topping mixture).

Pour Apples or Peaches in a 9x13 pan. Pour batter over fruit. Top batter with topping mixture.

Let rise 45 minutes.

Bake 350' for 30 minutes.
