Apple Kuchen-Luann Basal

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 pkg yeast
• 1/4 c warm water
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1 c milk
• 1.2 c butter
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 c sugar
• 2 TBS flour
• 2 TBS melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Put apples or peaches in 9x13 pan. Spread dough mixture over fruit. Sprinkle topping over dough. Let rise for 45 minutes.

Bake 350' for 30 minutes.
