Fish Coating

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c flour
• 1/2 t garlic powder
• pinch salt
• 1/2 t pepper
• 1 sleeve crushed saltine crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs in bowl.
Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper in another bowl.
Crush crackers in 3rd bowl.

Dip fish in flour mixture first, then in egg, then in crackers. Fry till golden brown.
