  • up to 8 similar sized Russet Potatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

wash and dry potatoes, pierce with fork

coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper

wrap in aluminum foil and place in slow cooker

cook on low for 8 hours
