Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (12 oz) grean beans
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 3 tbs basting oil
  • 1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Toast almonds with basting oil in saute pan on MEDIUM-HIGH 2-3 min, stirring constantly and watching carefully to prevent over-browning
2. Add bread crumbs, cook, stirring, 1-2 min, until golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper
3. Transfer beans to serving dish and sprinkle with almond-crumb mixture.
