Ingredients

  • 4 tsp mayo or veganaise
  • 2 whole-wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 avocado, diced or sliced
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 slices roast turkey

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spread 2 tsp mayo on each tortilla, making sure to cover the edges of the tortilla, since the mayo will act as a glue to hold the wraps together.

2. Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, ad turkey on the edge of the tortilla closest to you.

3. Wrap up like a burrito and serve.
