Baked Potato Soup in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients

1 Ham Bone
Potatoes diced and boiled with salt
Half and Half
Butter
Garlic
Onion

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes, sauté onion and garlic in butter
Place in soup pot, potatoes, onion and garlic and ham bone
Cover with half and half
Add pepper 1TBS flour
Cover and simmer, till soupy
