Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1 Lg. can sliced peaches drained (can use fresh peaches)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 t. baking soda
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Drain peaches and place in a large bowl. Mash well. Add flour, sugar and soda and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 prepared cake pan. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.

Icing: Boil everything except nuts until thickens, remove from heat, stir in nuts and spread on cooled cake
