  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 16 oz can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 c. uncooked long grain brown rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 2/3 c. picante sauce

Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 60mins


Step 1

In a medium skillet, cook and crumble sausage, drain. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 40-45 minutes until rice is tender.
