Ingredients
- Store bought or homemade pound cake or angel food cake, cut into cubes
- small fresh strawberries (green stems removed)
- mid-sized skewers
- whipped topping or freshly whipped cream
- blueberries, optional

Preparation
Step 1
String cake with strawberries onto skewers. Place on a platter and sprinkle with blueberries. Serve with a bowl of whipped cream.
Cook's Note
*I found mid-sized skewers at World Market. Party supply stores may also carry them.
*For sweetened whipped cream: In a medium bowl, whip chilled heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar until thickened and easy to scoop with a spoon.
