Pumpkin and cinnamon tart

Ingredients
- 4 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 6 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup 10% cream
- 1/2 cup 35% cream
- 2 sheets pie dough
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices and eggs together.
2. Slowly add cream and set a side.
3. Line base of tart dishes with pie dough and set in fridge to firm at least 20 mins.
4. Pour filling into tart dished, bake in a 325F degree oven for 35-40 mins.
