Preparation
Step 1
1 Preheat broiler pan; Grease pan or use non-stick foil. Line pan.
2. In a small bowl; mix together the Parmesan, butter, mayo., and lemon juice. Season with the dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well, ser aside.
3. Arrange fillets in a singler layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat for 2 min., turn fillets over and broil another 2 minutes. Remove the fillets from oven and spread parmesan mixture over and broil for 2 more minutes, or until the top is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. I use smaller fillets, so 3-4 oz. I use spread with parmesan mixture and broil until brown about 2 minutes, then I lower the pan a few inches and broil 2 more minutes. Be careful not to over bake the fish.
If you use 1 lb. of ish only mix up 1/2 receipe of topping. For 1/2 lb. 1/4 of receipe.
