Ingredients
- 6 cups vegetables cut up -- carrots, potatoes, celery and onions (or more)
- Mushrooms, quartered
- 3 cups water
- 1 14 oz. can beef broth
- 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 pkg. McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning
- 2 lbs. stew beef, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup flour
- Maggi's Seasoning
- Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine vegetables, liquids, and beef stew seasoning in slow cooker.
Coat beef with flour and brown in 2 T. vegetable oil over med-high heat until browned. Drain and add to slow cooker. Stir well.
Cover and cook on low 11 hrs.
