  • 1 Package Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 Small Package Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 4 Tbsp Poppyseed


Cooking time 45mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and beat on high for 4 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with cream cheese. Freezes nicely.
