  • 4 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Spanish Rice
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup pinto beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • guacamole

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare rice according to package directions.
In a small microwave-safe bowl combine beef, beans and cheese. Microwave 1 minute.
Stir in rice. Roll into warmed tortillas. Serve with guacamole.
