Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
  • 12 oz. pasta, cooked
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 6 Tbsp. water
  • 3 to 4 tsp. hot chili oil
  • 6 Tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut or corn oil
  • 4 Tbsp. garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Add tahini & peanut butter to a bowl and add the water, stirring until well blended.

Add the chili oil, soy sauce, wine vinegar, sesame oil, peanut oil and garlic. Mix well.

Arrange noodles on a serving dish. Cover with shredded chicken & spoon sauce over all.
