Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
- 12 oz. pasta, cooked
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 3 to 4 tsp. hot chili oil
- 6 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup peanut or corn oil
- 4 Tbsp. garlic, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Add tahini & peanut butter to a bowl and add the water, stirring until well blended.
Add the chili oil, soy sauce, wine vinegar, sesame oil, peanut oil and garlic. Mix well.
Arrange noodles on a serving dish. Cover with shredded chicken & spoon sauce over all.
