New England-Style Lobster Dinner

- 6 lobsters - (1 1/2 lbs ea)
- 1/2 pound drawn butter
- 12 red bliss potatoes boiled until tender
- 6 ears sweet corn shucked, silk
- removed, and boiled for 4 minutes
In a large lobster pot, cook lobsters in boiling salted water about 11 to 12 minutes. Remove and serve immediately with drawn butter, boiled potatoes and corn on the cob.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
