Potato Puff

Ingredients

• 4 c. hot mashed potatoes
• butter or margarine
• milk
• 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c. (1 small) finely chopped onion
• butter or margarine
• paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 2-quart baking dish or casserole. Prepare potatoes with butter and milk; mix in cream cheese. Beat in egg and onion. Turn mixture into greased baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
