Baked Potato Dinner
Broccoli and shredded cheese
Top with a chunky beef and vegetable stew
Beans and salsa with shredded cheese
- 1 can (19oz) Campbell's chunky beef with country vegetable soup
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup cooked broccoli florets
- 3 baked potatoes
- shredded cheddar cheese
To bake potatoes- piece with fork and bake at 400*F for 1 hour or microwave on high 7-10 minutes until fork-tender.
Mix soup, pepper and broccoli in a sauce pan. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Serve soup mixture over split potatoes. Top with cheese.
