Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento

Preparation
Step 1
Place butter in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Microwave on high for 40 seconds or until butter is melted.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper; stir well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave on medium for 15 to 20 minutes.
