  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 C cottage cheese
  • 1/4 C chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 C chopped green onion
  • 1/4 C French salad dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Slice the top off each tomato and scoop out the insides to form a cup.

In small bowl combine salt and pepper, cottage cheese and dressing. Fold in the onions and peppers.

Spoon onion pepper cottage cheese filling into tomatoes.

Serve cold or at room temp.
