Bananas Foster

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon margarine
• 2 banana; firm
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon rum flavoring or 1 tablespoon rum

Preparation

Step 1

In 8 inch round baking dish combine margarine and brown sugar.Microwave one
minute until sugar melts. Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then crosswise
in half. Place cut side down in melted mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice
and rum. Microwave 30 seconds. Turn bananas. Cook another 30 -45 seconds.

Serve over vanilla or butter pecan ice cream.
