Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter
  • Pie crust for top & bottom of pie

Preparation

Step 1

Cook all ingredients in saucepan until pineapple mixture is thick. Line bottom of pie pan with 1 pie crust. Pour pineapple mixture into pie pan. Top with remaining pie crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 3o-40 minutes.
Serves 4-6.
