Ingredients

  • 3 cups mashed, cooked butternut squash
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter,melted
  • 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Grease 2 qt casserole. Combine the squash, white and brown sugars, butter, pineapple, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix well and pour into dish. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and bake for 40-45 minutes.
