- 3 tablespoons Texas Hill Country Olive Company Greek Isle Seasoning Blend
- 1 cucumber

Combine a 24 ounce container of full fat greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of THCOC Greek Isle seasoning blend, and 1 cucumber which was peeled, seeded, and diced in a bowl and refrigerate. This is better made ahead of time, even the day before. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
