Ingredients
- 4 teaspoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 egg
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 4 cup apple; chopped
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients. Beat till smooth sugar, eggs, sour cream and
vanilla. Add dry ingredients and add chopped apples. Pour into unbaked pie
shell at 450°F for 15 minutes; then reduce temperature to 350°F for 30
minutes.
In the meantime, prepare topping:
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
Mix together till it resembles small crumbs. Sprinkle on top of pie and
bake an additional 10 minutes at 350°F
