Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 1 ½ c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 ½ C. sugar, divided
  • 6 T. butter, melted
  • 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 C. cold milk
  • 2 pkg (3.4 oz each) lemon instant pudding
  • 8 oz. tub Strawberry Cool Whip, thawed
  • Mix graham crackers, ¼ C. sugar and butter. Press firmly into a 9x13. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat cream cheese, remaining ¼ C. sugar and ¼ C. milk until blended. Spread over crust.

Step 1

Pour remaining 2 ¾ C. milk into bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes. Cover with Cool Whip.

Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
